return window

we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. to be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

non-returnable items

to maintain quality and hygiene standards, the following items are not eligible for return:

items marked as final sale or discounted clearance
items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
items missing original tags or packaging
items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling

exchanges

refunds
